Parsley is considered to be very beneficial for our system due to its healthy nutrients. However, these nutrients are divided into 2 groups: essential oils and flavonoids. In addition, parsley contains a considerable amount of vitamins A, C, and K so; it is advisable to make parsley a part of your everyday diet, especially in winter and fall season.
In that case, we here have a recipe, which most essential ingredient is parsley, that actually kills fats and will help you in getting rid of that extra cholesterol. The ingredients are the following:
- 5l (50 oz) water
- parsley, about 3 stalks
- 1kg (35 oz) lemons
- baking soda
Method of preparation:
First of all, you need to clean the lemon with the baking soda by rubbing in onto the rind, while cleaning the impurities. Second, boil the water and let it cool down a bit. Next, you chop the parsley, cut the lemons into thin slices, and add them all in the water. Finally, cover it and keep it in the fridge.
The next day, stir it well and pour yourself 100ml in a cup. Enjoy your beverage!
