Having kidney stones in your kidneys is anything but pleasant. All you need to have at your disposal is coriander or parsley.
Method of preparation:
The coriander or the parley should be chopped in large pieces. Once you’ve done that, put then in a bowl and pour water in it to cover the leaves. The next step is to leave the bowl on fire and let it boil for 10 minutes. Then, remove the bowl from the fire, let it cool down but, make sure you cover it.
When it finally cools, store the mixture in the fridge once you’ve strained it. It is advisable for the remedy to be consumed cold- a cup per day. If you make sure you take your remedy regularly, after several days, the color of the urine is going to change. This means that the toxins from the kidneys are being ejected.
If you prefer tea better, no worries, you can make tea from the parsley. Just make sure you leave it for at least half an hour to cool down. In addition, you can drink this tea twice a month to maintain your health and help your body detox. It also helps with menstrual cramps and pain.
